In this FREE consult with one of our therapists at any of our locations in Maryland or New Jersey, we will listen to your concerns about what you’re having trouble with now and what your goals are. You can enjoy a FREE cup of coffee and share your fears and frustrations. Our therapist will then ask you to complete one or more assessment exercises to get a gauge of your current status with respect to your condition. We will talk with you about how we can get you back to doing the things you love. We’ll give you some tips for how you can help yourself at home, along with some FREE resistance bands that can help with stretching and strength. This consult with our BEST physical therapists, occupational therapists, or speech therapists is a great prelude to an Initial Evaluation and will preview the one-on-one care you would receive as a patient, but it comes with no obligation to commit to another visit.
